Welcome to Kookla. By accessing or using the Kookla application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Kookla. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App includes an age verification screen to confirm eligibility. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Kookla is an AI-powered companion application that provides users with:

• AI-generated characters you can interact and chat with
• A personalized content feed with videos and stories
• Live scenes with interactive features
• Conversational experiences powered by artificial intelligence

Features and functionality may change over time as we improve and update the service.

3. AI-Generated Content

All characters within Kookla are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They do not represent real people. By using the AI chat features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your messages are sent to third-party AI service providers for processing
• AI-generated responses are created algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Characters' responses do not represent the views or advice of Kookla
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for factual information, advice, or decision-making

4. User Conduct

When using Kookla, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to exploit, harm, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Share or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or violates the rights of others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Kookla offers subscriptions to access premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Key details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, software, and other materials within Kookla are owned by or licensed to Kookla and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kookla is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kookla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Kookla after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
